Login


  • Click here more information about online banking features and functionality.
  • Enter the username you selected when you registered for online banking.
  • Select Register if you have not yet registered for online banking (you don't have a username).
  • If you have registered for online banking but you do not remember your username, please call us at 505.293.0500 or 800.947.5328.


Password


  • Enter the password you have set for online banking.
  • Click the eye icon if you want to view the password you have entered.
  • Select Forgot Password if you do not remember your password.
  • Check the Remember Me box to save your username for future logins. (Not recommended for public or shared computers.)
  • Click Login.

Two-Factor Authentication

If you are logging in from an unknown device, or if something has changed on a previously known device, you may be presented with a two-factor authentication prompt. If you have enabled Require Two-Factor Authentication For Each Login, you will be presented with a two-factor authentication prompt.

  • Select a verification method.
  • If desired, check Remember This Device and enter a Device Name. (Refer to Device Security for more information.)
  • Click Send Code.
  • Enter the code received by the selected verification method and click Verify.

Device Security


  • Select Remember This Device to register your device as a saved device.
  • The system will not prompt for two-factor authentication when logging in from a saved device profile. Device profiles are made up of many different components, including but not limited to operating system, browser type, and cookies. Updating your browser and/or deleting cookies may invalidate a saved profile.
  • Provide a descriptive name for your device. You can manage saved device profiles from security settings.
